Pair check valve cover install Procedure
Secondary Air Supply System block off plate

1. locate Pair valves, (Top of each cylinder heads).
2. Remove hose from top of pair valves and remove covers and reed valve assembly.
3. Remove reed valve from assembly (1) small philips head screw.(grind back of screw before removing).
4. Install reed valve assembly with rubber seal back in to cylinder head with out reeds.
5. Install new cover plates (two) bolts.
6. Disconnect and remove the Pair control valve and hoses.

CAP OFF REED VALVE LINES OR REMOVE SWITCH ASSEMBLY
